We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Most standard shipments are sent through YUN International Express. The specific service depends on the weight and product type (e.g. Power bank) of your order. The tracking ID will be sent to you once it's available. You can check the following link for shipping information.

Dispatch within 3 working days except unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to your location.

SHIPPING TIME: 3-15 days

Most products will be directly shipped from the same region as our customers'. In most cases, We will choose Amazon Warehouse as our logistics partner to ship out our products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

Shipping carrier delay, weather delay or international Customs inspections delay are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us for further assistance.

When you place an order on the MEISO website, you will receive a shipping info email from MEISO. Please check your email address. Also, you can check the shipping info through track order.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER


If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible before shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
